Dadar holds a prime importance from a geographical perspective for Mumbai. On a lighter note, it is beyond being a connectivity lane for Central and Western lines.
Dadar was the first planned city of Mumbai. Initially designed for around 60,000 people - Dadar today is home to nearly 20 Lakh people.
